The Kraus Real Estate Team of Charles and Pat Kraus have been providing residential real estate services for the Greater Annapolis area since 1989. Lifelong Maryland residents Charles and Pat moved their family from Baltimore County to the Annapolis area in 1976. They have 3 daughters who have settled with their families in the Greater Washington, D.C. area.
Charles is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and holds a Brokers license in the State of Maryland. He is currently an Associate Broker and Barnch Manager of the RE/MAX Experts Annapolis office.
Charles has been active in the local Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors having served as Director and on various committees in the past and currently serves on the Forms Committee. In addition, Charles is a graduate of the Maryland Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, Class of 2002.
